Obsidian Cortical Macroblade
Description
An obsidian first series cortical macroblade. With pieces connected, 104mm long and 24mm wide. Detached from obsidian polyhedral core by indirect percussion using a moose antler punch and billet.
A great example of a hinge fracture, showing how the fracture curves upwards abruptly and can be placed back on, acting similar in way to a door hinge.
